Industrial cutting tools, built to the machine
Pingxiang Zhongjian Technology Co., Ltd. makes TCT and PCD circular saw blades, edgebander cutters, solid carbide router bits and cold saw blades in Jiangxi Province, China.
The company employs 80 people, which keeps the distance short between a customer’s specification and the person setting the machine, and products are supplied to customers in more than 50 countries. Specifications are confirmed in writing before production: diameter, kerf, plate thickness, bore, pin holes and tooth count for a blade; outer diameter, height, bore and Z layout for a cutter head. That is the difference between a part that fits and a part that nearly fits.
Our story
From a local workshop to a source factory
Zhongjian Technology started as a specialist manufacturer of cutting tools and grew into a source factory for industrial saw blades, supplying tooling built to a customer’s machine rather than to a catalogue size.
In industrial cutting a fraction of a millimetre decides whether a joint closes cleanly or a panel chips at the edge. That is where the work sits: tooth geometry, tip grade, plate tolerance and the balance between them. The range covers TCT saw blades, PCD and diamond tooling, edgebander cutters and high-speed cold saw blades.
